A: I’m afraid not as our listed prices are nett and for credit cards but we do offer a 3% discount for cash payments. Our prices are fair and transparent for everyone, wherever & whoever you are. In fact, sellers often use us as a benchmark to price their watches.

For consignment (Con/****, CS/**** and CM/****) items, you’re welcome to make a reasonable offer so that we can present it to the owner. After all, we’re here to help everybody but please take note that we will not reply to unreasonable offers (aka low-ball) as we’re not operating a street stall here for haggling.

We are based in Singapore since 1991 with a branch in Malaysia and the first in the region to go international so we must be doing something right 🙂

We’re a one-stop watch retailer specialising in luxury watches and jewellery that are brand new, preowned & vintage while we also stock new watch tools, straps, winding boxes and books plus magazines.

We are not an authorised dealer for any watch brands but we work closely with the authorised dealers. We know you’re concerned with buying expensive items over the internet without seeing it or knowing the person/store but please sit back & enjoy surfing our award winning website.

A: We do not sell replicas or fakes here.

All our items are 100% genuine and we offer a full refund if proven otherwise.

We’re in this business for over twenty years and frequented by VIPs so reputation is paramount.

A: For online overseas buyers, we can only accept bank to bank telegraphic transfers (TT or wire transfer). Please email us for our bank details. We do not accept credit cards, cashier’s order, Paypal or escrow. This is to protect us against potential fraud and disputes with credit card companies.

For clients who visit our galleries, we do accept cash, credit cards & cheque payment (To be cleared by bank first).

A: We ship to all major cities around the world as long as our shipping companies and insurers are willing to support it.

To date, we have clients from over 70 countries across Six continents and most have become our regulars.

A: No, we don’t but you’re welcome to buy in bulk and we can give you a wholesale price for orders of over 10 items a time.

A: We are registered with the Singapore Police Force and have a special license to operate this business.

We are also registered with the ACRA (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority) in Singapore with a paid up capital of S$100,000.00.

In Malaysia, our paid up capital is RM500,000.00.

We are also closely linked with the watch industry in the region and are well recommended by our regular clientele, local and regional media. Some of our regular clients include VIPs & Head of State.

A: I’m afraid we cannot accept reservations and priority is given to early birds.

For overseas clients, we do allow you to reserve an item for 3 working days while you arrange for payment or the item will be automatically released for sale again.

We also reserve the right to sell the watch to anyone @ anytime.

A: We buy from you! Yes, we have collectors trading or selling watches to us almost everyday and we also purchase from authorised dealers, wholesalers & manufacturers.

We are a registered 2nd hand dealer with the Singapore authorities.

Some of our watches are brand new with special discounts due to the supplier’s write down or overstocked items.

We are very stringent when purchasing stocks & we demand only the best condition for you. Watches that fall below 80% condition are often rejected out right.

Most of our suppliers are regulars and direct owners who take care of their collection with pride and we do not buy from unknown sources. We interview sellers and conduct research to make sure that all items are genuine and comply with regulations set by the authority.

Almost all of our watches are polished & serviced by our team of trained watchmakers to ensure that every item meets the “As New” condition.

Sometimes, we may replace the straps (Original & non-original) when it’s too old. However, watches are subjected to handling & always get some fine hairlines or knocks as this is normal even from authorised dealers selling brand new watches. So, don’t be alarmed when you see a tiny chip on the bezel. We can fix it for you.

Consignment items are from owners and may not be polished or serviced to latest date so do expect some minor flaws if any but we always advice them to refurbish them when necessary. These are sold without our warranty while some have remaining factory warranty left or freshly serviced by us. There are good bargains to be found from these owners so keep your eyes peeled!

A: To sell or consign your watch, please call +65 6334 2221 (Singapore) or +6032287 0002 (Malaysia) for our purchasing department to fix an appointment. We do not provide valuations over the phone or email.

Kindly bring along your watch, its inner and outer boxes as well as warranty cards, manuals, purchase & servicing receipts, extra links etc.
