Pre-owned. Comes with original leather box but no paper.
Gérald Gènta has a several iconic designs to his name. The Royal Oak, Nautilus, Ingénieur, Constellation, Nautilus, Polerouter, Pasha and this Bvlgari-Bvlgari. Introduced in 1977, the BB watch was named as Roma and was inspired by ancient Roman coins where the center features portraits of the emperor or deity surrounded by words on the circumference.
Fresh to the market. This is a very rare Bvlgari BB33SLD 20th Anniversary model from circa 1997. It is a numbered limited edition of 1500pcs in polished steel with a glass back, showing the beautifully decorated Cal.220 automatic movement in chronometer spec and very finely finished to high standards. This is interesting as it could be the only BB watch with a chronometer movement because most BB are sold with a solid back cover.
This is a single owner’s watch from new and only worn for a few times as evidenced from the original croco strap. The unpolished steel case retains the sharp angular bezel with just some surface marks and the gold hands show micro spotting that’s common on this model due to age & an unsigned gold crown completes the watch.
This is probably the cheapest neo-classic watch that you can buy from a Gerald Gènta icon and this 20th anniversary edition is definitely the one to go for. Only 1500pcs ever made and this is number 577.
