Paul Picot is a forgotten name in this part of the world but twenty years ago, they were sold in Singapore and Malaysia through Precious Time. The brand manufactures some incredible watches, paying attention to details with fine coin edged bezel that can be found on the Parmigiani Toric collection. Most of the movements by Paul Picot featured solid gold rotor, decorated and both can be found here.
This particular specimen is a great example of their craftsmanship. The Atelier series with a regulator layout, guilloché dial, blued steel hands and a finely finished movement that’s tested to chronometer standard. The A4 size chronometer certificate proudly accompanies this watch. There are very few companies that engage in such a high standard in watch making and for under S$5000, you can own such a watch now. The 40mm case is an optimum size with just 10mm thin and stepped down bezel, it is very comfortable on the wrist. The original strap is in very good condition as seen. No service history, functions checked and timing continues in very good standard.
Watch is in original, unpolished condition & seldom used, overall condition=99% Like New! Comes with full accessories including the original purchase invoice.
The last known retail for this watch was S$9710 and the owner paid S$6550 for this watch after discount.
