This is the ultimate model in the noblest alloy, a platinum cased Patek Philippe World Time with a diamond set into the case band between the lugs at 6 o’clock. This is the 39mm Ref.5130P World Time and has been discontinued.

This watch was sold new in 2008 by a USA retailer, Barton-Clay in Alabama and is available to you now in full set when it left the store. The platinum model is also easily identified by the blue center dial vs silver for the white gold. Watch is substantially heavier and comes with the matching platinum deployant buckle with the Calatrava cross buckle which was an upgrade as early models were sold with the simple arrow head buckle.

Watch collectors will know that platinum pieces are always the most expensive model in the line up, low production numbers and high collectability.

Watch has just received a full polish where the case was meticulously disassembled, inspected and polished to perfection then carefully reassembled. Platinum is a very tough metal to polish and requires vigorous attention and skills to finish.
The original strap is used and will continue to serve you but we do recommend a replacement and it has a 21x16mm size that must be an original or custom made, as regular straps do not come in this size. It has no service history but watch has been inspected and works very well at the moment. Overall, a lightly used watch by a careful owner.
