Description
Vintage. No box or paper and a Passions box will be given.
A lovely vintage manual winding watch with small seconds by Tissot. The watch has been restored, case lightly polished, movement serviced, a new acrylic crystal replaced and a new strap with fresh pin-bars fitted. The restoration job alone cost us almost S$500 but due to it’s low selling price, we will not offer further warranty on this.
The condition is very very good as you can see, especially the movement that shines and the steel case in excellent condition with almost five decades of history behind it. The original dial has aged to a very charming patina. This watch is of course not waterproof so please avoid moisture with her.
An everlasting classic that will accompany you for many years to come.
Tissot began in 1853 from Le Locle, Switzerland where it still operates today and belongs to the giant Swatch Group. In 1930, Tissot and Omega forged an alliance to become SSIH and they were later joined by Lemania and A. Lugrin Co. Omega targeted the luxury segment while Tissot made watches for the medium price range.
