C.1950s vintage 35mm Baume & Mercier Geneve Ref.3927 manual winding Chronograph in 18KYG

This is an exceptional example of a vintage chronograph in solid 18KYG by Baume & Mercier dating to the 1950s.

It has round pump pushers in a three piece case with chamfered lugs. The silvered dial features two registers for constant seconds & 30mins recorder. Upon removing the snap-on back cover, you’ll be greeted with a copper dust cover that acts as an anti-magnetic protection to the movement as well. Lifting it will show us the gorgeous movement.

Watch is unpolished and case shows some dents and surface hairlines but maintains the important factory finish and sharp edges. The original silvered dial is in mint condition and very attractive especially with the blue tachymetre scale running around it. The movement shines which tell us that this watch was kept in a dry climate throughout it’s life.

A very beautiful vintage chronograph in solid gold and resonates so much charm for a small price.
