Description
Vintage. No box/papers & a Passions box/pouch will be given.
This vintage CK2635 Omega automatic was in production for just five years between 1949 to 1954 and our specimen here dates back to 1951. It is in incredible condition throughout from the dial, case down to the movement.
In fact, this model can be found on Omega factory’s website and the link can be found here. This watch represents a very good value for what you’re getting.
Upon unlocking the screw-on back cover, you will find that the case is free from any dirt nor corrosion marks, nothing, and fresh as new. The case has regular user marks but nothing alarming and may have been polished over the decades but the edges remain sharp and well proportioned. The pink gold gilt bumper-rotor automatic movement is clean and crisp as new while the dial is in equally mint condition. The only sign of age are the hands that have pitting from age and matching radium lume with the dial which enhances the vintage aura.
This specimen is like a time capsule, it doesn’t get any better than this and will undoubtedly serve you well for many years to come as long as you cherish it.
Buy it for the condition. This watch is over seventy years old and at the time it was delivered, most parts of the world were struggling to rebuild from WW2.
