This is the iconic Constellation Chronometer Date model by Omega dating to 1959. This watch has the three piece steel case with concave lugs and screw-lock back with the gold medallion featuring an observatory with eight stars that represent the chronometric awards won by Omega between1945-52.

This watch came to us from a collector through a trade-in and is very well cherished. It has the original acrylic with the stamped Omega logo underneath in the center.

The original brushed silvered dial remains in near mint condition except for some mild spots & is very good for it’s age as seen. The gold markers and hands sparkle under light as you move it which is really lovely and this watch is over sixty years old!

Overall, this is a very good vintage with clean provenance and largely unmolested example looking for a new home. If you’re after a vintage Omega Constellation to start your collecting journey then this is the one and very affordable.
