Carefully used for only a few occasions so do expect mild wear if any. This is a very rare Nautilus for ladies with an automatic movement, date and 50 diamonds on the bezel. This particular example with this dial was only made for only two years between 2011 and 12 before it was discontinued and replaced by the current 7018/1A-001.

Many of the lady’s Patek Nautilus are quartz models and this automatic version measuring 33.6mm is an excellent choice.

This model has been discontinued and is a collector’s item. It is replaced by the current production model Ref.7118 that measures 35.2mm which is an equally elusive model to locate.
