A beautiful solid 9ct yellow gold Rolex Oyster in boy size. The Oyster case is made in two parts with a screw-lock back stamped RWC Ltd on the inside. The original dial has a small scallop style Rolex crown and very naturally aged to a beautiful patina. The radium Arabic numerals & hour dots have aged to a blackish tone and doesn’t glow. It has an important and rare period correct screw-lock Rolex+Oyster crown and this alone is worth several hundreds.

The high grade 17 jewels movement shines and takes about 11 winds on the crown to fully wind up the main-spring. You’d need to be very gentle when locking the crown as there are no more spare parts for this original set & will be replaced by a modern version should this wear out later.
