C.1960s Tissot vintage PR 516″ manual winding Chronograph Lemania 1281 in gold plated case with tachymetre and pulsation bezel

This Tissot PR516 chronograph is an exceptional example of the period sports watches from late 60s to 1970s with bold graphics on the dial which is very similar to the Tag Heuer Monaco & Rolex Daytona Paul Newman Chronographs of that era. This watch is fitted with a desirable Lemania Calibre 1281 hand wound movement featuring time and three counters.

Watch is in excellent, original condition with no major dents nor wear & just surface micro scratches. The Red-silver bi-coloured acrylic Tachymeter bezel has a tiny dent @ the 160 mark as seen in pictures but not a major defect. The stainless steel screw-lock back cover is in excellent condition with mild tool marks on the external but no rust while the movement still shines. Dial is original & in near perfect condition with the stop watch working in perfect order.

This is a nice collector’s item in wonderful & original condition. Hugely undervalued.
